Sorrento is good for shopping and a base for Capri if you want to go over there.
Again, Capri is an expensive place to stay, but it’s an island, so if you want coastlines it’s a good option.
Sorrento is also a good base from which to go to Pompeii, via local train.
But if you’re short on time, maybe just go Pompeii..
